In addition, the firm offers an online quote system understanding the time restraints put on corporate recruiters during these times.

Xavier Associates mourns the loss of our good friend and colleague, Martin Auty, who passed away suddenly. Martin was the “go-to” person here for all of our systems needs; his behind-the-scenes support has been greatly appreciated through the years. More than that, he was a quiet, steady presence here, generous with his time and talent, with a quick wit and a thoughtful, caring nature. He was an outstanding distance runner and a gifted photographer. Martin was also a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be greatly missed.
