Our client is searching for an enthusiastic individual to support their pre-clinical and clinical platforms with assays ranging from identification of neutralizing antibodies to pharmacokinetics properties determination. Primary responsibility will include analysis of clinical human samples using validated biacore or elisa methods in regulated GLP environment. After extensive training you will be responsible for development, optimization, validations of assays, writing analytical and validation reports and SOPs. This demanding position will contribute to the pre-clinical and clinical development of a variety of biologic products relating to such disease areas as osteoporosis, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases.

Required Skills and Experience:

• The successful candidate should have a

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline with typical relevant experience of 1-3 years for BS and 1-2 years for MS.

• Experience with assay development and working understanding of immunoassay technologies such as ELISA is desirable.

• Experience in Biacore will be a plus.

• Experience in biological sample handling including primary blood is valuable.

• Knowledge of GLPs, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA Bioanalytical SOPs Guidance is required.
