Client seeks an Outcomes Research Analyst for its
Lincoln, RI corporate site to support the scientific
development of our world-class health assessment products
and strategic psychometric projects.

analytical methodologies to capture, benchmark, and
interpret actionable patient-reported health information.

most accurate and widely used PRO measurement tools in the
health care market. In addition to providing the initial
assessment of an individual's health status, their surveys
can evaluate treatment effectiveness, differentiate between
outcomes produced by a wide range of treatments, enable
evaluation of treatment benefits in relation to health costs
and utilization of services, and meaningfully engage the
consumer in the health care process.

Responsibilities:

Participates in the conduct of patient-based outcomes
research (e.g., health-related quality of life (HRQOL),
functional status assessment, disability, satisfaction,
etc.), for research grants, product development
projects, and/or consulting projects

Researches periodicals, literature, documents,
newspapers and statistical records to obtain data on
assigned subjects

Evaluates and summarizes data from literature searches
(e.g., extracts data; conducts content analyses)

·Manages large
data sets, evaluates data quality, analyzes data, and
interprets results

Prepares technical reports, summaries, protocols; and
documents results from quantitative and qualitative
analyses
-
Prepares for and presents at professional meetings and
client-sponsored events; and prepares and publishes
associated abstracts

Works
with the research staff to ensure that projects are
completed in a timely fashion and in accordance with
quality standards

Interacts effectively and collegially with all employees
at QM, fostering a supportive and cross departmental
sharing environment
Qualifications:
-
MA in
measurement, quantitative psychology, statistics or
related field preferred; BA or BS and commensurate
experience may be considered.

Must
have demonstrated experience in quantitative research.

Experience/knowledge of modern psychometric methods
desired.

SAS
or similar statistical programming experience required.
