Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of PIP and Med Pay claims in accordance with policy conditions, best practices and jurisdictional requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and handle a productive workload.

  • Must have a strong bias for customer service and demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment

  • Applicant should be familiar with medical terms and conditions, medical treatment protocols and fraud indicators.

  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, internet and email.

  • Bachelors Degree preferred with 1-3 years of PIP medical claims experience.

  • Must have Michigan PIP experience.
