Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and
resolution of PIP and Med Pay claims in
accordance with policy conditions, best
practices and jurisdictional requirements.
Requirements:

Ability to thrive in a dynamic work
environment and handle a productive
workload.

Must have a strong bias for customer service
and demonstrate ability to work well in a
team environment

Applicant should be familiar with medical
terms and conditions, medical treatment
protocols and fraud indicators.

Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel,
internet and email.

Bachelors Degree preferred with 1-3 years of
PIP medical claims experience.

Must have Michigan PIP experience.
