that their client wants, whether it’s printing
their annual reports, creating digital files or
information, packaging, using different media or
formats that gets sent to the shareholders,
employees, customers or to the public.
The VP of Strategic Marketing (Compliance
Solutions) will market their ability to service
clients that have regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing leader for Compliance
solutions which have traditionally focused
on SEC filing requirements and are now
expanding to include eProxy and other
Access=Delivery opportunities
-
Develop and implement strategy which
addresses Access=Delivery (eProxy) rulings
in the US
-
Deep knowledge of public company SEC filing
and notification requirements (10K, 8K,
proxy, EDGAR)
-
Understands current and future role of
transfer agents and trends impacting
beneficial versus registered shareholders
-
Evaluate systems and companies in areas
adjacent or complementary to traditional
services for partnerships or investments
-
Responsible for strategic and product
planning and product management
-
Skilled at handling collaborative working
environment where sales, marketing and IT
are at the table
-
Able to anticipate changes in various
regulatory environments (US and overseas)
-
Anticipate and analyze the global needs of
emerging clients
-
Be the spokesperson for industry/marketplace
trends
-
Experience with Investor Relations and
Transfer Agent activity
Requirements:

Minimum 10 years experience

BA/BS required, MBA preferred
-
Supervise 4-8 direct reports
