Our client is the nation’s
premier provider of laundry facilities management services
to multi-unit housing locations including colleges and
universities, military, apartments, condominiums and senior
centers. The Operations team is responsible for the
installation, maintenance and service of equipment, and
collections. Operations also works closely with Sales to
identify, analyze and pursue new business opportunities.
This position is responsible for managing and executing the
operating objectives set by the company through the regional
staff.
KEY RESULT AREAS

Achieving annual financial objectives.

Managing the daily activities of the administrative,
service, collection, warehouse and delivery staff.

Managing the execution of standard operating procedures,
internal controls and company policies.

Creating annual goals and budgets; monitoring and
reporting throughout the year.

Responsible for the management and security of regional
assets including facilities, cash and currency,
inventory, vehicles, and machines at customer and branch
locations.

Working
with the Region Vice President of Sales and branch Sales
team to review and approve new and renewing accounts in
achieving sales and profit objectives.
REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
-
Experience managing a multi million dollar operation and
related P&L; ideally involving service, cash,
collections and capital equipment. Experience with route
business is a plus.

Experience creating and analyzing financial reports,
spreadsheets and metrics.

Experience evaluating and building high performing
teams.

Demonstrated communication skills with employees and
customers.
