Our
client’s Endocrinology Department is seeking an experienced
Practice Administrator II to join their team. This position
is responsible for the management of administrative and
financial operations of a complex practice that includes
multi-specialties and multiple locations. Supports the
Director, and/or Clinical Chair/Chief(s). Responsible for
planning, organizing, staffing, managing and evaluating the
operations of assigned departments/programs.
Collaborates/coordinates shared responsibility with the
satellite leadership to make each site successful. Ensures
compliance with all regulatory requirements.
The
Practice Administrator II for Endocrinology must have
demonstrated success in leadership competencies.
Decision-making, communication, judgment, team-building, and
problem solving skills are integral to this role. Must have
the ability to positively influence the overall hospital
community and inspire others in their efforts to further the
hospital mission.
Work
requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts
typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree
in business administration, health care administration or
closely related field and three to five years experience.
Directly related work experience may be substituted for a
degree. Master’s Degree preferred.

40 Hours, Days, Mon-Fri
