Executive Search,
provided on a retained basis reserved for senior management
positions which requires individuals who possess both vision and
strategic direction for client organization.
The Search Process:

Needs Assessment
- We analyze the company’s needs to determine the scope of the
position, understand culture and mission of the organization,
the comprehensive environment, and determine the required set of
skills.

Position
Specification - After carefully assessing the client’s
needs, we prepare a written position specification that outlines
the responsibilities of the position and qualifications required
of the ideal candidate.

Research – We
use our superior Xavier Research team to conduct research
specific to the client’s position and industry to find an
exceptional pool of talent.

Candidate
Evaluation – We interview all candidates and evaluate each
on the basis of accomplishments, motivation, leadership
abilities, and cultural fit with the client organization.

Client Interviews
– We schedule a mutually convenient meeting between the client
and each candidate. After each interview, the consultant
contacts both the client and the candidates for feedback.

Reference
Checking - Once the client selects the final candidate, the
consultant contacts individuals who can provide insight about
the candidate’s qualifications, accomplishments, interpersonal
skills and integrity. These comments made by the candidate’s
references are then reviewed with the client.

Completion of
Search - As the search comes to a close, we can assist in
structuring of the compensation package if the client wishes.
After the candidate has accepted the opportunity, we will ensure
a smooth transition and assimilation for both the client and
candidate.
Our
Executive Search is conducted on a pay-for-performance
basis. First third at onset, second third upon
presenting a slate of candidates, final billed upon
placement.
