Cal Ballard, Vice President - Executive Search

Cal Ballard brings to Xavier Associates more than 25 years of senior level human resource management experience with several highly successful fortune 500 companies. His accomplishments include significant experience with executive search, change management, human resource consulting and human resource administration.

Most recently, Cal has been a human resource consultant providing a wide variety of services to clients in diverse industries. Prior to that, Cal was a Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Citizens Bank of Rhode Island and AT&T Capitol Corporation, where he was a member of the strategic team. Other significant assignments include stints with CitiBank and ABC Television as Vice President of Human Resources in their New York Locations.
Cal has a B.A. degree from Howard University in Washington D.C. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), past President and Board member of the Rhode Island Urban League, and a former Board Member of the National Alliance of Business, Northeast Region.
