Chris Keller, Vice
President - Executive Search
Chris is a graduate of the University of New Orleans, with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama/Communications.
Chris started her professional career in the hotel/tourism industry
in New Orleans, and then made a transition to Human Resources in one
of the oldest law firms in the state. After moving to New England in
1988, she continued her career at The Foxboro Company in staffing.
She broadened her Human Resources experience as Human Resources
Manager for Pitney Bowes Management Services. Responsibilities
included employee relations, staffing, benefits, compensation and
strategic partnering with internal customers.
In 1995, Chris joined Xavier Associates, wearing many hats in
administration, research, and recruiting, moving to NPA Project
Leader, Search Associate, Sr. Search Specialist, and currently Vice
President of Executive Search. Chris is an active member of the
Northeast Human Resources Association and the Women’s Success
Network.
