Dan Clancy,
Vice President - Search Services
Dan Clancy is the
Vice President of Search Services at Xavier Associates and has been
with the firm since 1997. Over the past eleven years, Dan has
completed numerous senior-level searches and has successfully placed
executives in a broad range of functions and industries.
Prior to joining
Xavier Associates, Dan worked for five years at international
executive search firms, including Korn/Ferry International. His
earlier career includes five years of accounting experience with the
Massachusetts Hospital Association.
Dan holds a
Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College as well as
a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College. He is a
member of the Massachusetts Healthcare Human Resources Association (MHHRA)
and Human Resources Management Association (HRM).
